We continue our efforts to acquire, add value and develop RV & Mobile Home Park communities. For RV & Mobile Home Park projects, we prefer parks consisting of primary and workforce level housing that has deferred maintenance or capital improvement needs.

 

CRITERIA FOR ACQUISITIONS

  • Prefer existing parks that have deferred maintenance or capital improvement needs.
  • Parks that range in size with 30-150 spaces.  Smaller parks may be considered if there is potential for expansion.   
  • We work with owners that are concerned with current resident needs and confidentiality. 
  • Park locations should serve as primary and workforce level housing as opposed to more remote destination parks.
